Fourth Of July Outfit Ideas

Hey everyone! The Fourth of July is coming up, and I thought I'd share some outfits you can wear! We all know the main colors are red, white, and blue so I only used those colors (with the exception of denim). With these three colors there are so many outfit options, so I hope you will get some ideas for a fun 4th!

These are the more casual outfits that I picked out! So something like a more casual party/barbecue, hanging out at the pool, going out on the boat, hanging out with friends, etc!

Now these outfits are more dressier! For something like a party, going out, etc!

These are all of the crazy funky things I found! I don't think this is a lot of people's style, so I don't expect to see many people in these choices!:) Would you wear any of this?

Those are my two outfit inspiration collages (+ the funky finds!) I didn't make exact outfits because there are so many different options! I also didn't include where everything is from, but if you want to know just find the sets on my polyvore here!

Little Pink Dress, A Modern Day Classic

On the day Jackie Kennedy Onassis wore the famous pink Chanel suit, pink became the new neutral. Little pink is not too uptight and funereally like its sister little black dress or too boring like little white dress. It is fun, fresh and sophisticated at the same time. A girl can dress is up for a formal party or dress it down for a walk on the beach. It is full of possibilities.

NOTD: Essie Mod Square

Hey everyone! Today I'm going to do a NOTD with one of my favorite polishes, Mod Square! Mod square is a beautiful barbie pink color, that is perfect for Summer. It has a nice smooth creme finish, so it looks really nice on your nails! Plus it goes on nice and smooth! It does chip slightly but nothing too bad!

A pink dress is girly and sweat already. Pair the little pink dress with simple accessories with great details to avoid overdo it.

The little pink dress is the perfect choice for a date because it is less expected than the little black dress. Pick a classic cut dress and go crazy with accessories. Add some of your awesomeness to the outfit. Don't forget to bring a soft jacket just in case it might get cold at night.

You can be sophisticated for a casual business function or meeting with your future in-law.

To create a sophisticate outfit, keep all the accessories neutral and pick a classic cut for your little pink dress. Throw on a classic well-fitted white blazer and you are ready for the office.

Or you can be modern for a night out in the city.

To balance out the softness of the little pink dress, choose a more modern cut and pair with bold, solid colored accessories.
You can add some edge to the outfit by adding a leather jacket or darker color accessories. Pairing the little pink dress with a pairs black stud pumps can instantly makes the outfit more edgy.

There is no occasion where little pink dress does not work....oh there is one, funeral. But who wouldn't want to steal sister little black dress's five minutes of fame. The little pink dress is a perfect modern day classic that every girl needs.

New Drugstore Makeup Products -Part 1

Revlon Colorsay Whipped Creme Foundation(buy here)- I personally don't wear foundation so I will not be purchasing this product. But I have heard great reviews of this foundation. It supposedly isnt really "creme" it more of a melted milkshake texture(as amarixe describes it)

Revlon Colorstay Smoky Shadow Stick(Buy here)- These are another highly talked about product! They have such great reviews! They have everything from bright fun colors to neutrals. Since I lean more toward the neutrals that's what I will get if I decide to buy these!

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain(Buy here)- I'm probably most excited for these! They have been compared to and some say better than the Tarte Natural Lip Surgence(Buy here)! Let me tell you the Tarte pencils are my holy grail product! They are perfect because the color stays on all day! So yes, you will for surely be seeing a review on these!

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream(Buy here)- This BB cream just came out! So I haven't heard much. But from what I heard if your looking for a BB cream, try this one out!

Maybelline Volum Express Mega Plush Mascara(Buy here)- This is one of the products I'm dying to try! So expect a review on this mascara soon!

Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquer(Buy here)- I haven't heard any reviews on this nail polish. But they have so many cute colors!
